an999 Terms & Conditions – Rules Governing Use of the Platform

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and an999 ("an999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the an999 website located at an999.net, including all associated services, products, betting markets, casino games, promotional offers, and any other features accessible through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

4. One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with an999. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, using alternate email addresses, or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

3. Account Rules

1. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your an999 login credentials. All activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether you personally authorised it — is your responsibility. 2. No Account Sharing. Sharing access to your an999 account with any third party is prohibited. an999 will not be liable for any losses arising from account sharing.
3. KYC Verification. an999 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC documentation required includes a copy of your CNIC (front and back) and a recent selfie. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.
4. Inactive Accounts. an999 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to accounts that have been inactive (no login activity) for a period exceeding twelve consecutive months. The applicable fee schedule will be communicated to the account holder by email prior to any deduction being applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after an extended period of inactivity.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

2. Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. an999 reserves the right to revise minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as the an999 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits may be declined pending additional verification. KYC must be fully approved before any withdrawal is processed.
4. Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times are estimates only and may vary depending on the payment provider, bank processing schedules, and any additional verification requirements. an999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5. Dormant Balance. Funds deposited to your an999 account are held for your use within the platform. an999 does not pay interest on account balances. Funds remaining in a closed or permanently self-excluded account will be returned to the player's verified payment method following identity verification.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

1. Acceptance of Bets. an999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where it suspects match manipulation, system abuse, or error in published odds.
2. Errors in Odds. In the event that an999 publishes manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error, an999 reserves the right to void all bets placed at those incorrect odds regardless of whether they have already been settled.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Responsible Gaming

We recognise that while the majority of players engage with the platform recreationally, a small number may develop problematic gambling behaviours. The following tools are available to all an999 account holders directly within their account settings:

1. Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take immediate effect; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling period.
